Do you clean windows inside?
We can clean interior glass where safely accessible and where it’s included in your booked scope/time. External window cleaning isn’t included unless specifically arranged.
Do you offer after-builders / post-renovation cleaning?
Yes—this is usually booked as a deep clean (or a tailored deep clean) because it often involves fine dust, heavier buildup and more detailed work. Send photos/video and we’ll advise the right time and scope.
What should I do before the team arrives?
Please secure pets, make sure we can access all rooms you want cleaned, and (if you booked appliance/cupboard add-ons) empty those areas in advance.
What if I’m not satisfied?
Contact us as soon as possible with photos and a short description. We’ll review fairly and agree next steps in line with your booking scope and terms.
How long does a deep clean take?
It depends on size and condition. We’ll estimate based on your details and can advise the right package.

Can I add oven or fridge cleaning?
Yes—oven/fridge/cupboards are available as add-ons and must be requested in advance. Oven cleaning is frequently treated as an add-on in deep-clean packages.
Do you bring equipment (power scrub / steam)?
We bring professional cleaning tools and products appropriate for the job. If you want steam cleaning for specific areas, tell us when you request a quote and we’ll confirm if it’s suitable and available.
Can you remove heavy limescale and soap scum?
We can treat many cases, especially on deep cleans, but results depend on bathroom condition and the surface. Some providers explicitly state they can’t guarantee removal of deep limescale in every case, so we set expectations upfront.
Do I need to declutter first?
For the best result, yes. Decluttering gives us access to surfaces and floors so your paid time goes into cleaning rather than moving items.
