Most regular domestic cleans are carried out by 1 cleaner. For larger homes or time-sensitive resets, we may send 2 cleaners—this will always be confirmed at booking.
A regular clean focuses on day-to-day maintenance: kitchens and bathrooms, surface wiping, dusting, floors, and a tidy finish. Tell us your priorities and we’ll focus time where it matters most.

A working iron and ironing board, plus a clear space near a socket. If you have preferred settings or want specific items prioritised, tell us at the start of the visit. Larger volumes may need extra time.
If items come out slightly damp (common with heavier fabrics), we’ll hang them to finish drying on an airer or drying line in a ventilated area. Drying time varies by fabric, load size and airflow, so if you need everything fully dry within the visit, please ensure good ventilation (or a dehumidifier) or book extra time. If there isn’t suitable drying space, we’ll fold and set aside items for you to finish drying.
We can address light-to-moderate buildup where safe, but severe mould or deep staining may require specialist remediation or may not fully clear in one visit. Providers often set expectations with limitations around permanent stains/mould.
