Can you provide DBS-checked staff or sign site/NDA requirements?
If your site requires DBS checks, confidentiality agreements or specific onboarding, tell us upfront. We can discuss what’s needed, lead times and any additional costs, and confirm in writing before work starts.
What’s included in an office clean?
Typical office cleaning covers: washrooms (toilets, sinks, floors, touchpoints), kitchens (surfaces, sinks, floors), bins, visible surfaces, and floors—tailored to your workplace.
Do you offer out-of-hours cleaning?
Yes—subject to availability. Many offices prefer early morning, evenings, or weekends to avoid disruption.
Do you provide cleaning materials and consumables?
We provide cleaning products and standard supplies as agreed. For consumables like toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels, we can either restock from your on-site supply or quote to supply them—tell us what you prefer.
Can you cover washrooms, kitchens, bins, touchpoints, and desks?
Yes. We’ll agree a task list by area (washrooms, kitchens, work areas, meeting rooms) and a frequency (daily/weekly) based on footfall and risk.
What’s your notice period / cancellation for commercial contracts?
Notice periods depend on the contract length and frequency. We’ll define notice and cancellation terms clearly before you start.
Do you provide RAMS/COSHH on request?
Yes—where required, we can provide risk assessments and method statements, plus COSHH information for cleaning products used on site.
How do you ensure consistent quality?
We use an agreed checklist/scope, periodic checks, and client feedback loops to keep standards consistent.
Can you work with alarms, keys, and lock-up procedures?
Yes. We’ll document your access instructions and lock-up process clearly so your site stays secure.
Do you offer one-off deep cleans for offices?
Yes—one-off office cleaning is £28/hr. Deep cleans are useful after refurbishments, before inspections, or for seasonal resets.
How do you charge (hourly vs ongoing)?
Office pricing (hourly) is:
- £20/hr (2+ visits/week)
- £22/hr (weekly)
- £28/hr (one-off)
We’ll recommend frequency after we understand footfall, washroom usage, and priorities.
Can you supply invoices and PO references?
Yes. We can invoice with the details you need for your accounts team (company name, address, PO/reference, service dates).
